We ship worldwide.
We are currently sending all orders with either DPD or Royal Mail and aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). If there will be a delay with dispatching your order we will email you to let you know.
Shipping COSTS
Delivery costs are automatically calculated and added to your order at check out based on your parcel’s destination.
UK - £6.50 | arrives within 1-2 working days from dispatch*
Europe - £15.00 | arrives within 2-3 working days from dispatch*
Rest of the World - £25.00 | Tracked Service | arrives within 7-15 days from dispatch*
*Please note the delivery times listed above are guidelines from the delivery services and may vary according to the service and customs at the final destination. Deliveries are also currently taking longer to arrive due to COVID-19.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, TAXES + DUTIES
International Customers please note that you will be responsible for all customs fees, taxes and duties applicable to your country. Please contact your local customs office to find out about any charges you may incur prior to placing your order. A Curated Life does not take responsibility for any additional costs, nor for deliveries that are delayed at customs outside of the UK.

LOST DELIVERIES + MISSING PARCELS
A Curated Life is unable to take any responsibility for parcels that do not arrive or become lost or missing in transit. We can provide proof of postage for UK orders and tracking details for deliveries dispatched to Europe and the Rest of the World.
RETURNS
All pre-loved items have had past lives. Their imperfections are part of their beauty. Any major flaws will be drawn to your attention within the detailed product descriptions. Please ensure that you have read the description fully before making your purchase.
We want you to love your pieces as much as we have loved finding them for you. If you wish to return your order for a refund please email us hello@acuratedlife.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or credit note. All delivery charges on refunded products are to be met in full by the Customer and we advise sending it tracked and signed for. Please return the item(s) in the packaging you received them in. Once the item(s) has been received by us, you will receive your refund, less the initial shipping charges. Refunds will not be issued on returned items that have been worn or damaged in any way.
Please note: we are only able to accept returns on UK orders.
All international orders are final sale and non-refundable.
